René Staar is in the process of recording exercises, miniatures, and ensemble pieces from the second volume of his Violin Method in a multiple playback format.

The recordings will form an integral part of his comprehensive multi-volume textbook. 

All pieces (duets) can also be listened to as music minus one, which enables the violin student to practice and play these pieces without a partner.
